Step 2: Evaluation
Once the grounds investigation is complete all the findings and summaries from your activities will need to be shared within the team and then brought together into an evaluation.
The evaluation could take many different forms, for instance a creative display, a visual report or presentation. The example evaluation includes extracts from evaluation reports prepared by a landscape architect using information that the schools had provided from their investigation findings.
However you approach your evaluation the main thing to remember is that its purpose is to allow people who are not familiar with your school grounds to understand what you have discovered about People & Place NOW.
In the short term the evaluation will form a key part of your submission and in the long term it will be a valuable point of reference.
